I am new to flow. I'm not sure where to find the language syntax documentation for the syntax for the different conditions.
I have a flow setup to show a notification if an email comes but I want to keep repeating the notification (sort of like a pager) until the user clears the nofication or reads the email.

This seems cannot be achieved so far in flow. As there is no such trigger to check the notification is cleared or not, or the email is read or not.
You could post this idea in the Flow Ideas forum, so it might be considered for future releases.
