I am building a flow for a holiday HR system and I want to retrieve the list items from the list that correspond to the creator.
Then I want to put the results I want to use these results to be able approve reject an item
Is this possible?

Do you want a specific creator?
Do you want to get all the items for a specific creator then send an approval email?
I assume that you may try to create a flow to send an approval email when an item is created in the list.
If this doesn’t meet your scenario, please feel free post back with more details on your scenario.

What I am wanting to do is retrieve the list of existing holidays from the list once when some submits a request.
So I need to filter the list based on the person that has created the new record.
My understanding is that when user A creates a new item in the list, you want the flow return all the items that has been created by user A in the list.
If yes, please try to use the action “Get items”, then use a Condition to filter the items.
