Microsoft Forms Yes/No Condition Not Sending Email

Hi, all,

This is my first time using PA.  I've created a Microsoft Teams form that will send an email if a respondent answers a choice question with "Yes", but it doesn't appear to be working. I've tried changing it to "True", that didn't work.  The "Y" has been Capitalized each time, so it's not a case sensitivity issue.  Thanks for your help!

Sorry but I'm not following your path at all. When I try to put this in on my end, I'm not seeing why if I put in a condition of Yes in response to my forms question, I also need to add an inputs field.  When I try to add the inputs field, I'm not getting the show raw inputs and then the two fields of inputs you have on your screenshot.

It might be that there is a special character or a space in one (or more) of your Choice values in the Microsoft Form.

Can you run the flow, then open the Get response details action and look at the body to confirm the data coming back for your Choice field is what you expect 'Yes'. As an example:
