SFTP SSH Connector Error

Hi,
I set up the SFTP SSH connector using login and password only as follow:
 
 
Upon creating the connection I get this error:
 
 
If I use the SFTP (Azure Apps)  connector, there is no issue connecting. Why the difference? Is there a way to resolve this?
