Hello,
Can someone please show how we can view other people's outlook calendar in PowerApps as we can view our own. I am trying to achieve it but no success.

Can you share more about your scenario for wanting to get someone else's calendar?
The Office365Outlook.CalendarGetItemsV2 action is able to retrieve a list of the calendars you have access to. Then you can use the Id property of a given calendar to get its events.
If your goal is to find acceptable meeting times with other users, you can use the Office365Outlook.FindMeetingTimes endpoint. A good example of this is in the Meeting Capture sample app. You can find it on the Create page of make.powerapps.com. See the screen for FollowUpTimeScreen.
I am able to get the meeting times from the Office365Outlook.FindMeetingTimes function but my issue now is getting the name of the meeting's organizer? Is that possible?
is there a way to find also the name of the meeting or the organizer?
