which controller is best for handling the searching in 100k employee and select on Combobox or Textinput + gallary

    Depending on how many records you want to display, probably a Text input and Gallery. I have a blog on various options - you can use the same Items on your Gallery and replace Self.SearchText with the output your text Input.
