    Hi @VikasNagaraj ,

    Could you please tell how did you create the App and Flow? Did you create them from scratch by following Reza's video? Since in that video I could only find a automated cloud flow which is triggered when new request is created in SP list.

    Anyway, for the first question, could you please share your SharePoint 'Leave Request' list (with column settings and entries for testing)? If you have made any customizations to App and Flow, please provide the details as well.

    For the second question, if you are using the Power Apps trigger, it is asking for 3 parameters while you have only applied 2, please check the trigger and "ask in Power Apps" parameters in the flow. One thing you should note is when you need to add additional "Ask in Power Apps" parameters in some action you will have to delete the trigger and re-add it then add parameters in all actions from blank before saving the flow.

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards,

    Hi, @v-jefferni.

    for the flow, in the instructions it was provided that we have to map the site URL to our sharepoint list which i have done, I have done the test and the flow did succeed, but in powerapps it it asking for the third parameter, but in the app built by reza it does not, dont know where i have gone wrong.

    I the video by Reza he has provided a zip file to download both the app and the flow, I have followed the same steps to create, he has just informed to map the siteurl to my sharepoint list, I have done the same steps I dont know where i went wrong. The flow is working fine when i test it mannualy, but in the app it is asking for 3rd parameter, but in Reza app there is no 3rd parameter. Here is the screen shot for both the flow and sharepoint list.

    This issue is solved,

    For approval dashboard, Gallery Items i had to enter this.

    Filter(
    'Leave Request',
    (Status.Value = "Pending Manager Approval" && Manager.Email = userEmail) || (Status.Value = "Pending HR Approval" && HR.Email = userEmail)
    )

    And for the flow, I had to remove the SiteURL action and addit once again, because i used ask in powerapps many times. After that i removed the flow from the app and added it once again, it solved my issue. Thank you very much.
