Hi,
I have created a flow starts from "when an item is create" and I need to send approval and the email after approval with attachment which updated in share point list. It works in approval but turning Error when sending email.

There are some differences between approval and email attachments.
I suggest you create another variable which use "name" and "content" and put it in approval attachments.
