model-driven app interactive dashboard

Hi all!

 

I've semi succesfully created a model-driven interactive dashboard, however for some of the entity streams, it's not displaying the objects name, etc.

I have no clue as to why this is because, on one of the streams it works fine, would appreciate any help regarding this.

I have attached an image for reference.
