Power Apps Version in Video Different Than in Dev Environment

This is going to sound SO dumb but the video in the Power Up Program uses a different version of Power Apps than the one in the Dev Environment, and I can't follow making tables.  Looks totally different.  How can I get help?

    In your Dev environment. Did you crate the dataverse database. 
     
    Did you make sure you are an admin + basic user role?
     
    im assuming you mean you cannot make tables. 
     
    The above is the only reasons why it would stop you. 
     
    but you have to share more than a statement that you cannot do something. This same thing is asked 20 times a were. Search for it or at least share pictures etc.
