Automatic email when due date is 7 days away in sharepoint list

Hi,

I can't figure out how to set power automate up to send an automatic email to people listed in the sharepoint when their task due date is 7 days away. The image shows how I have currently set it up, the compose is used in the get items. This method doesn't work due to the text in compose being invalid, not sure how it should be done.

Thanks in advance

    Hi @Tom898

You are missing the closing ) in the compose.

If you have any questions or feedback, please let me know. Have a great day! 😊

    Hi @Tom898 ,

have a look at this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yfPLhCjkHek

It helped me to set up a working flow 🙂

    Kind regards,

    Ellen

Thank you that is a good video actually however it doesn't work for my list because the 'Due Date' is a calculated column, which for some reason isn't supported for that method through the reminders despite it being formatted as a date.

I ended up using this video which was actually really well explained, I just had to add my own extra flow to fill in a new date column from the calculated column. And then I used that new date column to set up the email reminder.
