SharePoint 'フォルダー内でファイルが変更または変更されたとき'

I hope to change the trigger 'フォルダー内でファイルが変更または変更されたとき'  to 'フォルダー内でファイルが作成または変更されたとき'.

 

Currently,

Then trigger name in English is 'When a file is created or modified in a folder',

but, 1st 'created' translate to '変更' and 2nd 'modifed' also translat to '変更'.

 

The '変更' means 'modifed'.

The 'created' need to translated '作成'

 

Therefore, 

I hope to translated to 'フォルダー内でファイルが作成または変更されたとき'.
