Filling out existing fillable pdf using flows

Hi Flow Community,

i am looking to create a flow where a user would enter information like Full name, address into a manual trigger button where this would then populate a pre existing fillable pdf. i have seen plumsail offers this option but they do not off a free version and their cost is to much for what i need it for. Can this be done with out plumsail ? Maybe using a power app ?

Thanks

    Hi @RyanMac45 ,

In flow's existing Connectors, only Plumsail Documents connector has Fill in PDF form action, and Fill in PDF form is still in the experimental stage.

You can consider filling this information into a Microsoft Word template, create a Document file and then convert it into PDF file.

First of all, you need to create a Microsoft Word template, please have a reference to this article: save-a-word-document-as-a-template

After you create a template above, you can create a flow just like these screenshots:

This is the result of successful:

Please have a try, I hope it can help you.

    Best Regards,

    Hi

I added fields in the 1st step "Manually trigger a flow" but I can't see or add them in the step "Populate a Microsoft Word template"

    Thank you.

Wish there was a fillable pdf option, but for word docs, this worked great - thank you!
