As it is informed here, windows 11 now brings the native PAD.

Can users who have a Windows 11 license use the PAD version at no additional cost?

From the RPA PAD price page we know it costs 40 dollars, is this free if we have a windows 11 account?

I have the same question (0)

Windows 10 and 11 users can both use PAD on their own desktop without additional licensing.  PAD comes pre-installed on Windows 11 but can be installed for free on Windows 10.  The Flow license with RPA is required if you want to call Desktop flows from cloud flows or run unattended flows.  But you can run attended flows from your own desktop without additional licensing.
