Flows Turning off Automatically

I have a bunch of flows that keep turning off automatically after 90 days of "inactivity". The exact message is:

"Flow has not ran at all in the past 90 days. Disabled it on 5/6/2026 8:08:10 PM."

However it has run each day for the past 28 days according to the history and each one was successful. The only trigger for these flows is "When a Teams webhook request is received"

Has anyone else encountered this or know what I can do to shop needing to manually turn them all back on every 90 days? They used to work great before microsoft asked me to update all my webhooks to new ones. I've updated the webhooks everywhere but still it's being called "inactive"

It's a known limit, it's not just based on flow run, also based on the reigger, refer to the MS article for details

Flows without trigger activity 90 days A cloud flows that isn't triggered within a 90 day period might be turned off. Flows owned by users with premium licenses or assigned capacity licenses (Power Automate Process, per flow) aren't subject to this suspension. Flow owners and co-owners are notified 30 days prior to suspension, and can turn the flow back on for it to continue operating.

Note :  Below are from AI suggestion

    Add a Recurrence “heartbeat.”

    • Daily trigger (silent)
    • Does nothing or logs a timestamp

👉 This guarantees the flow is seen as “active”

    Split design (best practice)

    • Webhook flow = only receives events
    • Separate scheduled flow = “touches” the solution daily

Re-save / redeploy periodically (not ideal)

    • Resets internal activity tracking
    • Manual and annoying

To prevent this, you need a Power Automate Premium license. With the premium license, it will not turn off your flows if they're not used. See https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/limits-and-config#retention-limits for more information.

For enterprise scenarios, we recommend you buy a standalone Power Automate license listed in Pricing | Microsoft Power Automate. This will ensure your flow isn’t turned off due to inactivity.
