I have an approval flow on a document library when a file is created. The person reviews a document and approves it. Upon approval the document I copied to a different document library and is deleted from the document library which runs the approval flow.
Users are approving documents and the flow is working fine. I have reviewed the status of the flow and shows that the tasks have completed and I can find the document in the other library.
Approvers however are finding an approval item in the Power Automate-Action items- Received page for the item that was approved. When the user attempts to select the file they get a 404 error which is what I would expect because the file was deleted. For some reason the approval though completed remains in Action items.
