Help needed: Sending Email based off of Response from Forms

Hi There!

Super new to using Power Automate - I need help trying to automate sending an email to specific people based off of the responses from a Microsoft Form. Basically there is one question in the form that gives Option A or Option B as a choice, and based off the answer to that question I need to send it to two different sets of people. All the examples I've seen so far have not helped me understand how I'm supposed to trigger it. Please help!

Thanks!

Hi @ScottShearer - similar issue for me using power automate to generate email notifications when part-time employees log a trouble ticket using Forms that a group of five full-time employees need to be aware of.  The issue I have is there's one question on the Forms survey that determines which employee should handle the case and I've set up the condition where if the answer contains their set of responses they should get an email.  Currently, all FT employees are receiving email notifications regardless of how the corresponding question on forms is answered.  Posting a couple of screen shots of the flow in Power automate. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Phil
