Save As Flow to another account

There is no way to save a Flow to another account. Can you make such an option please?
Power Automate for Desktop version.

    Hi,
     
    Pls share the flow with another user as co-owner and ask him to create a copy of the flow using 'Save as' option from the command menu. This was other user can add his connections in the new flow. Pls don't forget to enable the flow after saving a copy of it.
