Create a calendar invite when Sharepoint List column has changed

Good Afternoon,

I want to send a meeting request when the "assigned to" column in my SharePoint list has been modified. It's a person column. I need the flow to look at the email address of the person in the "assigned to" field and find a time when that person and another member of my organization is freed to meet. The meeting should take place between the hours of 8am and 5pm eastern standard time.

I've tried researching this online but I can't find the correct method for scheduling the meeting correctly. Hopefully I'm clear on what I'm trying to do. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Below is my latest attempt to get this done.

The addHours expressions is below:

Start Time: addHours(startOfDay(formatDateTime(convertTimeZone(utcNow(), 'UTC', 'Eastern Standard Time', 'hh:mm'))), 😎

End Time: addHours(startOfDay(formatDateTime(convertTimeZone(utcNow(), 'UTC', 'Eastern Standard Time', 'hh:mm'))), 17)

I believe you are clear so the purpose is to book a meeting between one of your Staff and the assigned to (Which can be someone outside of your organization ) is this correct?

I would suggest an approach .. which might fight or not but would like to share it with you, Microsoft has a cool app Microsoft Bookings which allows you to define a calendar and Service , Service Duration and assigned Staff members but in this case the Assigned to will receive an email and he can select one of the available time slots as well as one of the staff members, So assigned to will be provided with a link where he can select Suitable Available Times as below:

@Mira_Ghaly thanks for the response. We currently do not have Microsoft Booking. Any other advice?
