Updating one MS List from another MS List

Hello,

I am fairly new to Power Automate and I am probably pushing my skill too far, but if anyone could help I would be extremely grateful.

I have an MS Form that collects data, that then feeds into 2 separate MS Lists (I have 2 seperate lists as some fields contain sensitive data and team 2 should not be able to see this data).

This process is working OK, but I want to take it to the next level. I want team 2 to update a couple of fields in their List to record when they have annoted actiones and for this to feed in, and update, the List owned by Team 1.

The constant throughout all of the Forms and the 2 MS Lists is the FormID (which is generated when the form is created) and is then recorded in both MS Lists.

I have been trying for sometime to try and figure this out, but with no success.

THANK YOU for any help you can provide.

    Look into the trigger:

When an item or file is modified

You can setup a condition that it only runs when a specific field is changed and even only if it has a specific value.

The issue can be to set it up so it can find the item on list 1 that it should update (you might need a work-around where you save the list 1 item-id and put that into list 2 for you to be able to use it later on.
