What kind of email address can be used as a connector?

I have a form, several flows, and two SharePoint lists connected, but the connectors are all using my personal email address. We are going to setup a generic email address and convert the connectors, but need to know whether that email address must be a licensed user, or if it can be either a group, distribution list, or other aggregator.

    Hello RipMcManus,

No Sequence and you could change one connector connection to other while no necessary to change other connector connection. Each connector would operate under current connection permission.
Different connector with different connections like following:

Thank you very much @Johnnyg - hope it's OK to ask a follow-up question. If I change a connector from my personal ID to a generic (licensed) user ID that has at least the same permissions I have (Flow ownership, SharePoint and OneDrive access), and assuming I haven't done anything like modify a "send from" address on an Outlook "Send an email V2" step, should that be "all" I have to worry about? Or will I additionally need to modify each step in the flow that uses a connector? Is there a sequence in which connector changes should be done?

Sure. It must be a licensed user when your change mail connections for all your connectors in your flow. It would automatically authenticate your permission for connection.
Your configured connectors can be found here - https://flow.microsoft.com/manage/environments/
For example, when you add the Dynamics trigger and/or action in Flow, it utilizes the credentials you entered into the Dynamics connector - this account must have a Dynamics license that is able to perform the action you're trying to complete with the flow. It should also have the required permissions within Dynamics to make the changes as well.
