Connect Sharepoint Online with CRM

Hi! 

 

I'm trying to connect Sharepoint to CRM. I have a list and when I create a new item, I need to create a new case on CRM. 

When I create a new flow and run them, I have an error: 404. Not found. I don't know why I have this error. 

 

Can anyone help me?

    Hi!

     

    I'm trying with my account and a trial that I have been created for it. 

     

    I have the same error. I don't know why. 

    I have all permissions on CRM and Sharepoint's List.

     

    I have a problem with the advanced option, too. In some examples, the flow doesn't appear the advanced option.

    Hi Sfreitas,

     

    Do you have a subscription for Dynamics 365? What account are you using for the connection with Dynamics 365?


    My testing account is a 30 days trial for Dynamics CRM Online. I created a connection to Dynamics 365 using my trial account, and it is working fine.

    Hi!

     

    Thanks for your reply, but I can't create. I have the same error (404: Not Found). 

    When I open the model template, I have this error:

    Hi Sfreitas,

     

    Please make sure the connection are created properly.


    Currently, Dynamics CRM Online has been replaced by Dynamics 365. According to your description, I created a flow to create a record in Dynamics 365 when an item is created in SharePoint list.

    Then I created an item to run the flow, a new record can be created successfully.

    So please check your connection and try again with this issue. If you are still getting this issue, please feel free reply.
