Flow connected to PowerApp does not trigger (sometimes)

PowerApp sends (on button's OnSelect property), a data payload (number of text fields, boolean value, and a file) to be received and processed in PowerAutomate Flow. From time to time, in a seemingly unpredictable pattern, app takes unusually long (up to a minute or so) to process the button press, and after finishing with no error message, does not trigger the flow. There is no sign of it even attempting to trigger it in run history of PowerAutomate (neither failed nor succeded flow run is present).

After pressing the button again right after failed attempt, with the data unchanged, it usually works just fine, data is sent and flow is triggered. Same goes for the other way round, after succesfully triggering once, second attempt with the same data may also fail.

Using monitor function in PowerApps - the unsuccesful runs seem to attempt connecting to flow, but after longer-than-expected time they end up throwing "0" Status response.

I tried re-adding as well as reconnecting flow to PowerApp, which did not appear to solve the issue. Issue seemed to occur in certain time periods - for example for couple of hours in one day resolving itself mysteriously, and reoccured approximately 2 weeks later again for couple of hours.

What may be the cause?
