How Can I add these shapes to a form or something similar

Hi,

 

I would like to add the arrows and circles inside a drop down or somewhere where the user can select ONE arrow and ONE circle.

 

I did these in excel and I would like to get them inside a power apps forms and display the result in a sharepoint list if possible.pics.PNG

    Hi,

     

    This should be fairly easy to set up. You should just need to add the icon's as shapes and then assign OnSelect actions to do something. I'll include the link below with more information on the OnSelect functions in PowerApps.
