Hello,

Could someone please review a basic workflow I've set up? I'm attempting to receive an email notification when an employee reaches their 10-year anniversary with the company. I've configured it to trigger at 120 months. However, the email notifications I'm receiving seem to be for employees celebrating anniversaries of 1, 2, 3, etc. years as well, not just for the 10-year milestone. What might I be overlooking?

Set up the filter property on the "List rows present in a table" action to receive the rows you are interested in.

I don't think that a 120 Months recurrency has any relevance in this. Also,

Thank you - are you reffering to this step? Or should I maybe look at adding a filter array?

Yes, you have an advanced parameters link. There you can find the filter parameter.

Being a date type value, the filter should look like..

'your column name' lt 41672
