Component Label Text from Excel Record

A component with a label needs Text connected to this Excel record. z support.PNG

This is what I have been trying so far without success...

Component Name: Column1

Custom Property Name: Title

Custom Property Type: Record

Nothing I have tried typing into the Text field of the label is connecting to the Custom Property.

Excel Name: Database

Column Name: Total

What am I doing wrong?

Hi @Humanity ,

Do you want to display data from data source in the label which is inside one component?

If so, I've made a similar test for your reference:

1)insert a label inside the gallery, named Label2

2)create a custom property for this component:

3)set label2's Text:

Component1.label1text

4)outside the component, inset one component in the app

set Component1_1's label1text to the text value related to your excel table.

For example:

First(deeplink).Title

Then the label will display that data.
