    Hi @Veblitz ,

In order to move lotus notes data into office 365, you will need the Microsoft Online Notes Inspector (MONTI) was designed to assist customers in collecting specific data in regards to their Lotus Notes Domino mailbox storage data set to assist in migration planning.

There is some Microsoft learn documentation on this.                                                                https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mailbox-migration/migrate-from-lotus-notes.

    Good luck!!!

    Ok Great start.

When it comes to exporting Lotus Notes NSF data into CSV format and importing it into Office 365, there are a few additional options you can explore:

    1. Custom Scripting:

      • If you’re comfortable with scripting, you can write custom code to extract data from Lotus Notes databases (NSF files) and convert it into CSV format.
      • Here’s a high-level approach:
        • Use LotusScript or Java to access the NSF files and extract relevant data (such as emails, contacts, and calendar entries).
        • Convert the extracted data into CSV format (e.g., using a delimiter like comma or semicolon).
        • Import the resulting CSV files into Office 365 (e.g., using PowerShell or other import methods).
    2. Third-Party Tools:

      • Explore third-party migration tools specifically designed for Lotus Notes to Office 365 migrations. These tools often provide more features and automation than manual methods.
      • Look for tools that offer direct NSF to CSV conversion and seamless Office 365 integration.
      • Some popular third-party tools include Quest Notes Migrator for Exchange and BitTitan MigrationWiz.
    3. IBM Notes/Domino Gateway:

      • IBM provides a Notes/Domino Gateway that allows you to connect your Lotus Notes environment to Office 365.
      • With this gateway, you can synchronize data between the two systems, including exporting data from Notes to CSV and importing it into Office 365.
      • Note that this option requires proper configuration and setup.

Remember to assess your specific requirements, consider factors like data volume, complexity, and user experience, and choose the method that best aligns with your organization’s needs. Testing the migration process thoroughly before performing it in production is essential. Good luck with your data migration! 🌟

IBM domino gateway configurations I explored but I found office365 adapters installation and configurations guidance. Could you please shed some light if it's correct?

No, IBM Domino Gateway configurations and Office 365 adapters are not the same thing. They serve different purposes and are used in different contexts.

IBM Domino Gateway is related to the configuration of IBM Domino servers. It involves setting up network interface cards (NICs), IP addresses, and TCP ports to manage connections and improve performance.

On the other hand, Office 365 adapters are used to enable connectivity between the IBM Security Identity server and the managed resource, such as Office 365. This involves installing and configuring the adapter on the IBM Security Identity server.

So, while both are related to configuration and connectivity, they are used for different systems and purposes. I hope this clarifies your question. Do have a look at the IBM resource  for further information. 21016540.pdf (ibm.com)

Thanks i checked some easy steps in that medium article but unfortunately our NSF data size is more than 1 GB so its working partially for our requirements.

Im looking for some domino gateway configuration steps you mentioned in our earlier threads, i would appreciate if you share some ideas or specific references Domino gateway configuration steps .

    Thanks in advance
