Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?
Could you please share a screenshot of the flow run history when the flow run failed?
If the error code 500 or 502 appears, the failure is temporary or transient. Click or tap Resubmit to try the flow again.
Also please take a try to create a new flow to see if the issue still exists.
