Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hi all, I am running into a permissions issue with my Model driven app. There is a form that a designer fills out (submission). On this form, there are 3 lookup fields (Association, Publication, and Edition). I have given the designers the user scope to the submissions table, and organization scope to read, append, and append to on the three lookup tables. They are still however unable to edit the lookup fields, which are displayed as locked with the little key next to it. I have ensured that the form is not set as read only, and there is no column security on any of the tables. Does anyone have any idea which permission I am missing or what switch isn't flipped properly?
