If I want to use the OCR option (Windows OCR option) on a Windows 10 PC, is any setting or installation required?
No matter which PDF you specify, an error will occur.
If there are any settings or things I need to check, please let me know.
I don't know how to check if Windows OCR is installed.

I have the same question (0)

Typically it wouldn't require any additional software installation required. Could you please share the error details or screenshot?

    Thank you for contacting me.
Using a PAD on a Japanese OS PC.
I have attached the PAD settings screen and error screen.
I have "Windows OCR Engine" selected.
In this case, do I need to install some kind of OCR tool on my PC?
    For example, the Snipping Tool.
