Daily, flow runs smoothly and sends out the wishes as intended. However, it has been consistently failing at the end of flow run.

Hi

I've set up a Power Automate Scheduled flow to send birthday wishes, serving our 500 employees.

Daily, it runs smoothly and sends out the wishes as intended. However, it has been consistently failing at the end of flow run.

Due to these repeated failures, the flow has been automatically turned off over time.

I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this issue.

    Hi @knsrinath 

     

    Pls click "Next failed" link button inside apply to each action. It will take you to the record which got failed and you could check the reason for failure.

     

    Pls share the error message with us to investigate the issue.

    But all these days, we have received mails and showing Failed in Run History.

    Hi @knsrinath 

     

    It looks like field_6 is blank or not set for one or more users. You could modify the condition in DOJ compose box to check for null value:

    if(equals(item()?['field_6'],null),null,formatDateTime(item()?['field_6'],'MM-dd'))
