Hi guys,

I have a sharepoint with the Issue Tracking List,

Under Form settings I selected "Use a custom form created in PowerApps (requires new list experience)" and deployed the automatically generated form from Powerapp.

But when I go to the list and press the "New" button to make a new entry. Nothing happens, not even a loading screen or something, just nothing.

What could be the issue here?

Have you customized a form for your SP list using PowerApps correctly?

Have you click "Publish to SharePoint" button after you custom your SP list form using PowerApps?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please custom a form for your SP list using PowerApps based on the following article:
