    Hi @azeesdinu

Can you share a screenshot of the flow?

    What trigger are you using?

Did you try using the When an item is created or Modified trigger for SharePoint?

    Hope this Helps!

There is no such (When an item is created or Modified trigger for SharePoint) a template in MS flow. I can see only for sending SMS When an item is created or Modified trigger for SharePoint

there might not be a template. But we can create a custom flow. Can you share a screenshot of the flow you built? If you could share a scenario that you ar building, we might assist you better with this.

    Hi @azeesdinu

You are correct, there is no template with that trigger. But the trigger is there, you just need to either build from blank or delete the current trigger and replace it with the "When an item is created or modified" trigger.

You may also need to delete references to the output of the current trigger in later steps and replace them with references to the new trigger.
