    Hi @SN-30122110-0,
To check the credit capacity, you need to login to Power Platform Admin Centre> Licensing > CoPilot Studio. Here is the direct link: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/billing/licenses/copilotStudio/overview

For your reference, Here is official Microsoft Documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/manage-copilot-studio-messages-capacity

    Hi,

Go to Power Platform admin center admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com → Billing → Licenses or Capacity to see total AI Builder credits.
Then Resources → Add-ons → AI Builder to view allocated credits per environment and remaining balance.
Download the consumption report from AI Builder section to see usage details by flow/action.
If I have answered your question, please mark it as the preferred solution ✅ . If you like my response, please give it a Thumbs Up 👍.
    Regards,

I'm encountering this issue also - and this is not a solution - just adding additional information.

The suggested answer by   matches my scenario - I have seeded builder credits from PowerAutomate Premium licences, not copilot credits. I exceeded capacity in an environment but allocated available capacity from the seeded capacity which was available at the tenant level on January 23rd.

The "Manage capacity panel on the power platform admin centre (under licensing - Capacity Add ons - AI Builder Credits) shows that capacity has been allocated, and the status is shown as "Within Capacity".

However, users are still getting email notifications to say "All Copilot Credits and AI Builder credits in this environment have been consumed.: Copilot Credits and AI Builder credits available for this environment have all been consumed for this month. You cannot run AI Builder actions any more in this environment before next month, unless additional Copilot Credit or AI Builder credit capacity is purchased and/or allocated."

The AI builder block in the flows says "Forbidden" - similar to the original post.

https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/knownissues/5870702 ) which just suggests out of date data... this has been a know issue since November 20th 2025, but the support bot also says:

    1. Potential Reporting Delays:

      • There may be a delay in the system updating the credit status, which could cause users to receive notifications even if the admin center shows sufficient capacity. If this persists, it may be a temporary sync issue.

elsewhere it suggests wait 5 days after capacity has been allocated. My 5 days will be reached tomorrow....
