In PowerApps, is there any way to add "show all records" option in radio button filters?

I created a PowerApp using the Dataverse "Projects" as a data source. I managed to apply several filters on the gallery items. I applied radial buttons with the choices "Released", "In Progress", "Rejected" to filter the records based on the selected choice. But I can't seem to add the "Show all" option to display all records in the gallery. If you have worked on a similar case, please share your experience. Your valuable suggestions will be appreciated. thanks

Do you want to display all the records when you select the "Show all" option?

Could you please tell me that how you set the Items property of the Radio button?

Actually, you should make the Gallery populate with the whole table when you select the "Show all", like:

If(Radio.Selected.Value<>"Show all",Filter(TableName,Column=Radio1.Selected.Value),TableName)

Note that you just need to replace the Filter() formula with your real one.
