Flow not working - ERROR 404

I am trying to create a flow to save reports received via Outlook email (zipped file) to a folder in SharePoint and also extract the zipped file and save report as excel. I am not sure why I see this error message (screenshot attached). The folders in the sharepoint is not listed when I create a flow. Kindly help.

    Based on the error message, you have access to the SharePoint site but not the document library you want to access. If you are not an owner of the site, you should have the owner check to make sure you have permission to the document library.
