It looks like the Send an email notification V3 is broken again, maybe an IP address is blacklisted?
This happened a few months ago also.

Yes, quite a few people have reported this in the community.
Confirm same issue, all flows show as successful however emails are not being received since at least 8am this morning gmt
Is this related to the reported SendGrid hack from yesterday: Namecheap email hacked to send out phishing scam emails (msn.com)

Looks like it is coming back online, my emails have started to come through... fingers crossed
Right on. Just got an email sent by a flow 10 hrs ago (8 AM EST). Lets hope for the best 👍
