Flow is not working

I have setup a Flow to post a message to Teams when an email arrives, seems pretty straightforward. 

A couple items to consider, I alreaday have a rule for this type of email which puts in a specific folder.

The email is being sent to a DL which I am a part of, not to my email directly.

 

In the email arrives config options, I had my email in the To field, not the specific DL. Is this the problem?

 

Do I need to specifically identify the subfolder as well?

 

These are probably my issues, but I am new to Flows. So take it easy on me!

 

This had worked when I forwarded the email to myself, but that was before I changed a couple settings.
