I think I have found a bug with labels in preview mode.
Have at least one label in your powerapp
Copy some text to the clipboard
Go to preview mode
Click on a Label
Hit Ctrl-V
It will paste the clipboard text in to the label's text propery
Sorry, could not reproduce the issue with PA Studio. Are you using Studio or web browser app editor?

Thanks for report this issue.
I tested under PowerApps studio in Web, and confirmed this symptom.
I will send feedback from my side.
And @Meneghino is right, this can't be reproduced through the PowerApps Studio Desktop Version.
