Power Automate, Sharepoint List, Group by Item and Sum their Corresponding Count

I currently have a Power Automate flow setup where each day an email is sent out with an attachment containing all records from a Sharepoint List. To keep this simple, column A is called "Item" and column B is called "Count". Their are duplicate item's in this list. I want to send out another email, with an attached file, that shows the unique "items" in column A and in column B is the sum of the "Counts". Can anyone help?
