Badgateway when triggering a PA flow via mail

I have implemented a PA flow which is trigger whenever a mail arrives at a specific (Office365) mail account.

This flow has been working without any problems for months/years. But since today it is giving me an Bad gateway error:

Does this mean that Microsoft is moving the mailbox to some other "location"/storage/server... we are definitely not doing this. 
Since the error persists since this morning for a couple of hours, I am not sure if the mailbox is moved bit by bit ;-)
