I have installed Power platform CLI using visual code but still getting the error. I heard once we install CLI, this error will be resolved, but its not happening.

@Mrunalini_VVN I would recommend attempting to close down all instances of VS Code and then start it again. If this doesn't resolve the issue, I would suggest restarting your machine and trying again. It may also be worth updating to the latest version of the PAC CLI and/or installing the standalone version and just trying to run it in a Command Prompt rather than within VS Code.
