We have a workbook that is updated daily. I want to be able to email that workbook out on a weekly basis automatically. Is this something a workflow could handle?

I don't use oneDrive for sharing files so I do not know how sharing files/linking to documents works thats why i asked.

You can start with something simple like this, a recurrance trigger for once a week then get your file metadata - so you can send an email with the Name/path of folder. And then use the outlook connector to send the email.

With the SharePoint version of get file meta data you have a "Link to item" that you can use in the email so people can go look at it just from a click.

Not at this time. Right now it is a workbook that is saved on my One Drive. Do you have a suggestion if it were on Sharepoint?

Is the workbook hosted on SharePoint?
