hi.. my flow is to verify the email in a shared mailbox junk mail box to move email with pdf to the Inbox (abc@company.com),
if no pdf attachment move the junk mail to Deleted Items folder.
abc@company is the member of distribution list a1@company.com, a2@company.com, a3@company.com
In my testing, I have blocked sender abc@gmail.com.
Email sent from gmail to a1@company.com and the flow was trigger to do the necessary check, however when flow trying to move email either to Inbox or Deleted Item, it failed with error:
