Attachments uploaded by app in the phone isn't displaying in SP list

Hi all,

I created an app to upload the images into the SP document library and also get the data to a different SP list. When I upload the image, the attachments can be seen under the attachment column in SP list. But when I try to upload the image from app in the phone, the attachment field shows zero attachments. But it's uploaded to the document library properly. This was working fine when I tried the app initially. But when I shared the app to some users, this started occuring.

Must be a bug by Microsoft since yesterday. Same here on Tuesday 23.04.2024 everything was fine, since yesterday attachments are not working when uploading attachments from smartphones.

No. But I had a call yesterday with MS and I showed them everything. Hope they will solve it very fast.

I'm having the same issue since yesterday. Power Apps is not saving attachments and attachments data card is not displaying in the form if attachment field is empty so I'm unable to manually add the attachments. Records are piling now unprocessed since attachments are required for my workflow to process them.

that looks like an issue related to the power apps version.

The version 3.24043.30 + 3.24042.20 are affected ... The older version like 3.24033.8 , 3.23081.9, 3.23122.16 working fine

Hi,
I am using the version 3.24044.16 in the phone. This version is also affected I would say. Any methods to use the old version of the app?

this information was shared by someone else here in the forum so i dont know if it is still valid or if this versions are also broken already.

right now i do not know any solutions how to work around this issue

Its a general problem, I found problem last Friday the version 3.24043.30 + 3.24042.20 are affected ... The older versions like 3.24033.8 , 3.23081.9, 3.23122.16 works fine (as @mmbr1606 wrote up..)
Here is the feedback from microsoft that he sent me:

There was a global outage with SharePoint since last week Thursday.

The issue has been identified by the product team and there are currently conducting investigations to find a lasting solution to the issue as the issue is also affecting some office365 applications as well.
