Reminder Flow on Outstanding items

Hi PA Users,

I have a SharePoint list setup where I collect all leave requests. One of the options in the list is pending. This stays in this position until the requestors leave is approved by their manager at which point I go into the request and hit the approval on the item. What I am after is a way where I can setup an automation to collect all "pending" list items in the list and have them emailed to me weekly so that i know who is still waiting on leave updates and I can chase these up more frequently.

    Hi @CRamsamy

You can trigger the flow on a weekly recurrence and use the List Items from SharePoint action for this. You can use OData filtering to filter the items that have the choice column as pending only and create a table of those items using the create HTML table action and send them in an email. Sample on ODATA filter for choice columns: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/Get-items-Filter-query-choice-not-working/td-p/183989#

    Hope this Helps!
