Hi Team
I am trying to create model driven app for the first time, using my developer account but it is not allowing me to create solutions and when I am trying , it is showing error "Provision cannot be performed because there is no linked CDS instance or the CDS instance version is not supported."

Are you using default environment ? Or you have created a new environment with dataverse instance.
