Is there a way, we can get SharePoint data from PowerApps Portal with CDS (without Dynamics)?

I tried to go through enabling SharePoint Integration in portal admin center. The documentation is not clear whether they are talking about PowerApps portal for Dynamics data or just Powerapps portal with CDS.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/manage-sharepoint-documents

I found bunch of questions asked in this forum related to this but they are old or not clear to me.

Thanks,

Nabin

    Hi @pNabin

Power apps portal basically works with Common Data Services (Data)

so i believe it is not possible to pull data from sharepoint in Power apps portal, so you can create a Common Data Services Instance and use power apps portals with it.

This article is talking clearing about integrating sharepoint with Dynamics 365 and in step 2 in the below article it is talking about managing sharepoint files through Portal and Not Data.

For the moment the SharePoint integration works more record based, so you can enable for an entity and when creating/updating a record you can upload a file to SP

this will be completely related to that specific record

there is no current feature to just display a list of items from SharePoint if that's your questions
