Check Apps in Specific Environment

Hi There

I'm looking to create a flow that will add a system user to any new app created and then also move the app into a new environment (not sure if possible but would be good if did)

Everytime i create an app and test the flow, it only seems to be looking in the default environment and not the other environments. Ideally, i'd like it to check each environment, then add the system user to it and email to confirm whats been done. if anyone has any ideas that would be great

Thanks
