best approach to convert html to PDF

Hi ,

I am looking for the best approach on how to convert html with (Special characters) to pdf in power automate! I have tried to create the file and convert it by OneDrive but getting an error that pdf conversion is not supporting Arabic language! is there any work around, thanks
